A self-taught baker with a passion for perfection, I adore crafting special (and delicious) creations to make everyday celebrations that extra bit special.

And while looks are one thing, I also pride myself on taste. Using nothing but the freshest locally sourced ingredients, my cakes are home-made from scratch and are as delicious as they are easy on the eye. Trust me, I've done a lot of taste testing.
